Bloodlines now roll with named perks like 'Level B Catch Chance 2' that only apply to hidden monsters, giving accounts a real reason to chase Legendary perk rolls.

The Bloodline rework transforms the reroll NPC from a flavor system into a hard optimization layer. Players should now look at perk text rather than just bloodline tier when rerolling.

Perks like 'Level B Catch Chance 2' only apply when the target is flagged as a hidden monster. The Catch Rate calculator on the Tools page now exposes this flag so players can model when a perk actually fires.

For standard wild encounters, bloodline tier still matters most. For the Bamboo Temple hidden spawns, perk rolls matter more than tier.
